[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I know that I shouldnt take advantage of a very upset little boy, but he was so cute and i loved his tear on his cheek!

I have selected him, inversed him, and used the caussian blur, I have also selected the top part of his face with the rectangular marquee tool and blured part of is face too, I wanted to emphasize his eyes and tear.

Hi LuDivine:

There's really not a lot working for this picture, but the expression and tear work and that is what you were going for here I think. The flash reflecting in the center of the iris and the red eye effect are the things I might like to see changed, but it works the way you wanted it to.
