[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
In France last september we also visited the gorges of Narvau, located near Lormes. These gorges, listed in April 1999, are a very beautiful site. Taking the walking trail, there is a lot of dense flora to be seen and where a superb waterfall flows through woods and rocks, and there are charming wooden bridges, climbing rocks, and promontories. The gorges of the Narvau are classified as a natural site.

Hi Nelly! You've captured the intimacy of the forest very well. The stream gives the photograph it's depth, and also the darker foreground in relation to the brighter background contributes to the perspective. The sunny spot at the end of the stream attracts one's attention and it makes you want to go over there and rest in the sunlight. Fine piece of artwork! ;-)

A pleasant capture from deep in the forest, where the little stream is the only thing that moves!
Lovely colours in the varied light, good point of view as the stream flows out of the bottom frame!

Hi Nel,

Great mood of a deep forest .. difficult light range from dark to bright .. I might crop just a small portion off the right where it is so dark .. I love the greens and those overhanging trees .. very nice.
