A deligthful shot here, lovely bright blue sky and a pretty POV focal point and colour sceme with the bridge. Lovely white frame matches this view perfectly.

Hello Hans,

Rouen in Normandie always reminds me my beautiful friend from France Beatrice. Certain views, some smells and some songs take many people into their history. A magnificient moment have been captured my friend, well done.

Lovely weather indeed, Hans... will be looking at the Seine in Paris this we, so I hope weather will be like that too ;o).
Nice view on the islet, though I think the scenery would look nicer without that bridge ;o). Well, that would probably be unpractical for the inhabitants.

You offer us a lovely composition, a good slice of the city of Rouen. You photo is very well balanced with the bridge crossing the scene in the lower third of the picture. Nice vivid colors na d wonderful blue sky with fluffy white clouds. A good image.

Wonderful shot, I love the small scattering of white fluffy clouds in that blue blue sky. The green bridge draws the eye well too.

Hi Hans,

I usually love your work (you're in my fav list for a reason). But I can't say this one strikes me particularly. Maybe the blueish-greenish tones are part of the explanation: the feeling here is very cold, I'm not sure it should be. Other than that, I don't know what is missing, but... let's say there are tons of pictures you've posted that work much better than this one!
