Hello Bev,

You've been saving this one up, I see, from your Paris trip. What better place for a Valentine's day photo. That old pigeon keeps getting in on the act, doesn't he[she]?

A good clear sharp picture with the 1/500 exposure.

You probably know me well enough by now that I'm going to suggest a tighter crop to remove some of the spare space to the left, and concentrate on the body language of the happy couple.

How about another WS?

the stairs under the arch in "La Defense" right ?
a real magnet for photographers, that's for sure.
good, sharp capture and it fits just perfect for helen's theme.
i disagree that a tighter crop is needed, imo the framing is fine as it is. the repetition in the stairs looks great, and the couple looks "lost" there, in their own universe of love .

ps: can't help you about removing the picture from the mistaken theme, but you can add it to the right theme also, i suppose.

A great shot and a perfect one for the theme! Very romantic too. I think Peter (graffer) has done a great job with his workshop - the tighter crop does help it - but I must say I like it as it is too. Perhaps it's just the way that the couple seem quite isolated from the rest of the World, just looked upon by a lonely pigeon.

This is such a lovely, romantic meeting! Maybe even a little shy flirting! But doesn't that make it all the more romantic!

I like their meeting place! Shall we go further up this relationship or just stay here! The pigeon is making a good job of eavesdropping!

That,s a very nice shot. What I like most, is the fact that you did not crop the photo too tight. leaving lots of space around the two lovers, giving the impression that they are all alone except for the pigeon. That's a very good contribution to the theme.Bravo
