| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| Sometimes me capture the photo we want... sometimes we have to work with what we have captured. I was photographing the Eiffel and sunset from atop the Tour Montparnasse. There was a very stiff breeze and although i had my camera on a tripod there was still camera movement due to the wind. I almost discarded the shot but then decided to "PLAY around with it". I used multiple PHOTO shop Filters and created this Whimsical Parisian CityScape What do you think ? |

interesting composition, but the texture don't look enough good for me, i'm quite disappointed after clicking on the thumbnail
