That other shot misses the mood you again have created here, so this is the better one.
The light and the crop are very well chosen as is your note "Eeuwigheid is als een kus waarbij je je ogen gesloten houdt" - no Dutch does not work, I prefer Italian....or maybe French as well - much more poëtic.

Nice with those two birds sitting on the cross and the pole.
Cemetries of London is not the most uplifting song to go with this photograph. The colour tones do give me a good feel, so I might have gone for a more positive tune ;-).

Hi Marco,
a very refined image you made and show us. seagulls are so clear that these look like not realistic but rather surrealistic...low light and several crosses make unusual air and suggestive scene in this image.
your note also directs this atmospheric image, but in my thought there is no "eternity" and no "moment",,,both are only our imaginative ideas. when we imagine "eternity" or even "moment", our consciousness is flying into ideal dreams that is very poetic and comfortable. this your picture make us feel that unrealized vector.

I like the mood in this picture, excellent light and the sunset colours are terrific. Somehow, the dark patches of church windows near the bottom are a bit distracting to me, but it's not too big a deal.

Stunning postprocessing that appropriately renders a symbolic message. The combination of dark and bright colours (beautiful light!) adds to the general mood conveyed by the location and the composition of this photo.
Perhaps I just would have put less birds in the right (and dark) part of the sky. Perhaps...
