[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note [French]
All conditions are met, rain, sun, the growth of plantations of sunflowers, is important and early but so far I have not yet seen a field with flowers hatched. When I walk through the fields surrounding the town of Niort, I finally found it in a small valley to shelter from the wind. I offer a few rays of sun that I hope announce the summer, since this weekend is for many french and Europe, the beginning of the holiday.

Food :
The oil is extracted from the seeds, which reads in improved varieties ranged from 45 to 50%. Sunflower oil is valued for its balance fatty acids: it contains only 12% saturated fatty acids and many fatty acids mono or poly-unsaturated, oleic acid, palmitic acid and especially linoleic acid, which is an acid essential fatty. According to nutritionists, this oil has excellent qualities diet, for example to combat diabetes. It's also a good source of vitamin E. The sunflower oil enters the composition of margarines. It is also used in the manufacture of soap and candles.

Allo Corinne!
