when the countryside is turning to yellow...
i'm quite happy of this change, the all green period between the rapeseed and summer is quite boring

Hello Jean,
I love the colours in this scene, very much like a painting.
It is a clean and simple composition (not always easy to achieve) with nice bands of colour throughout.
I would like to see the sky cropped down to the top of the cloud, then you have the perfect 'rule of thirds'.
My kind regards,
Peter.

hello Jean
good shot! it seems that i am watching a 3d effect on my computer. magical colours with fine variations. well exposed
is this some kind of storage area at the left? the whole frame is sharp.
thanks for sharing such a capture

Hi Jean Christophe,
Another minimal, yet interesting composition with a play of graphics!
Fabulous colors of the different fields with all sorts of lines and shapes.
Nice shed beautifully placed in an adequate position to increase impact to the composition.
And finally, but not less, a marvelous blue sky
to close this clean and fabulous composition.
Well done,
Best regards,

Francis Xavier

great shot three different coloured fields barn well placed and rollling hill at the top and apastel sky not too dark congratulations
regards

hi jean.
a very nicely captured scene. the different shades of yellow add depth to the image. the barn looks diminutive yet it must be a big structure as the bales are very big.
well spotted.

Bonjour Jean Christophe,

You have the Midas touch, this morning!
All you see turns to gold!
This is a text book shot; wonderful composition, saturation, light and good off-centre focal point.

Bravo,
Bev :-)

Quite beautiful. I wish there are some yellow rapeseed crops where I live. I certainly would attempt to duplicate this composition. Congratulations, this is really well composed with gorgeous colors. Greetings!

wow, your fields are WAY ahead of ours!
Great contrasting colors here .. maybe a little less sky would have made for a slightly more interesting composition.
Really nice shot though

Jean Christophe
