Polignac Castle

The Polignac fortress belonged to the biggest family of Velay and one of the most illustrius of France. It was first built in the 11 century. The 32m tower was actually a dungeon built during the 14th century.
Polignac is situated in Auvergne near the town of Le Puy en Velay. |

Hi Tony,
I really believe when you say it's a wonderfl place.
And the day was beautiful when you visit the castle,since the colour of the sky is great.
The only thing, and i'm sorry for that, is that your castle is too far on the back. One merely can see it! You should had zoomed a bit , or got closer to emphasise the castle. Now it seems a bit lost in the hige scene. When you have so many other things around your subject get a bit "diluted" on the scene
But it was a good attempt. Light is very good, and colours are nice.
Just try agin, this time a bit closer ;)
