| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| This is a travel snap I took last summer. I was amazed at the amount of traffic and especially the orderly progress traffic made around the Arc de Triomphe. Nothing like that would be possible in the USA! I used a p/s Olympus - a Stylus 1050SW - on extreme digital zoom, which provided this slightly soft but rather abstract image. The 1050SW works well for underwater shots, is waterproof and shock proof, but takes a rather soft, flat picture, requiring more sharpening and saturation post processing. My example and one other I have seen have trouble with flash shots - leaving ghost reflections from dust on the glass lens cover. I also don't like cameras that you cannot hold up to your eye. They are more subject to camera shake, but do work well underwater when you wear a mask! |

The place is really wonderful and I like the compo but the white sky and the quality of the image are ruining it, IMHO
I've played a bit, see WS
Ciao Gilbert
The place is certainly wonderful
I think the most famous of this place
I think most sharpness missing here.
The sky does not bother me, I see a little
blurred the image! Indistinct!
See also that he was trying the zoom of your camera.
Greetings
