Another in a series of sepia images of Paris.

The long drive through the famous Pere Lachaise cemetery, and the last journey for some.....

Although the cemetery is full of gothic splendour and ornate mausoleums, I rather like this more quiet, plain shot, of the road stretching out before you....an appropriately daunting prospect I think.

interesting sepia photo. good theme, good POV.

Good composition, Andy.
It shows the kind of pavement, that France (and Belgium) were paved with for thousands of km's.
I like the lines in the picture and the sepia toning.

Lovely shot, Andy - I get a real sense of the peacefulness of this scene and the sepia really helps. I wonder how it might have looked taking the shot closer to the ground?
