This evening he was on the platform of La Défense station ... he was puzzled, he had found a ring and was looking for the one whom he would like to give it, not necessarily the one that had lost it ...

This poster is announcing Corpse Bride ,the new Tim Burton's movie in Paris, starring Johnny Depp But you can make posters say something else than they are entitled to say first by the one that created them.

Oh, and you can make them say something else by reading the details of the image, too. Did you note on the garbage can there's a ring around the 3 figures on the sign on it. Hmmm...where to put that ring, if he doesn't know who to give it to? ;P

Mais malgré que j'attende toujours avec impatience tes envois, je suis à chaque fois surpris par ton immense talent et cet oeil qui te fait voir et qui nous montre ce que la majorité d'entre nous est parfaitement incapable d'appréhender!

Hello Sylvie,

Great capture. I also like how the reflections bring everything together. It is also very interesting that no one else is seen on this side of the platform, but very busy on the other side as to avoid the ring bearer. Well seen!

I really love the use of posters in photos to convey a story. This ons is fantastic. Findong a ring in the rubbish:) What a great paiting of poster and object.

bonjour SylveTa photo apporte un peu de chaleur dans cet univers, comme je peux voir, assez froid, le plan de droite est très bien réussi. Offre-t-il ou -elle une bague, ou retire la bague pour qu'elle aille alimenter cette poubelle. Photo a double aspect, on choisit le meilleur pour soi-même.

I like the reflection of the lights up, gives some character to the face, some dinamyc move.

A nice usage of publicity posters and daily life routines. It's well seen..the dustbin complements what the poster is portraying. Well done!

Allo! C'est une composition assez surprenante! L'effet des néons qui perce dans la semi transparence me plait. Mais est-ce un média qui comme je le pense, projette des pubs sur une plaque de verre? Un film quoi... où du moins des images via un porojecteur? Un peu comme l'employé de la bibliothèque abandonnée dans le film Intelligence Artificielle... C'est bien réussi!

Great shot, as always, I like the way you put things into a new context giving new meaning or reacher meaning to them. This is a good example of that: the jewel with the holding guy is just someone wants to hit the "basket" with a chewing gum. Great compo, well seen! Bravo, Sylvie!
