The river is the Isere. it's one of the hardiest in the wold. The world championships have been organised 3 times.

Nice action shot Bernard. B

Bernard,
Great action shot here. Wonderful focus and great use of the quick shutter speed.
I like the wave thats about to roll over him on the right of the picture.
Nice work, one to be proud of!

Bonjour Bernard !

Bravo pour cette superbe scène d'action. L'effort est bien palpable. Un cadrage bien serré, une belle composition. Une image claire, nette et précise.

Félicitations!
Robert

Hi, Bernard. Love this shot!

Colour, exposure and decisive moment is perfect! Great action shot.

Diagonal lines always work better than horisontal lines, but even though the cayak is very much horisontal, the overall diagonal line is suggested by the water (bottom left) and the rock (top right).

Very good work - the water looks clear and crisp to drink as well.

A cracking action shot Bernard and really sharp. You caught the moment perfectly. This is one of those shots I wish I had taken myself. Well done and TFS, Paul.
