Wonderful composition. It is funny, I have the same chair, and I never looked from this angle to recognise or use its "skills" as you did. I would crop out your foot, and the shade you made on the floor, and actually that will also help to centralise the photo, because on the edge down you left bigger frame. But it still a very good compo, and so sweet!

Good high angle, giving this shot a great advantage point. Well seen, and taken.

I like the perspective of this shot and the natural framing provided by the footstool. Also, the grey of the floor brings out the grey of the kitten and makes the amber color of the footstool really stand out. It looks a little soft in focus to me, though, and could be cropped more tightly.
