The Baie de Douarnenez is the southern end of Crozon Peninsula. Many beatiful beaches invite to watch the sun set in the Atlantic Ocean.
The picture is taken at 11 pm on one of the longest days of 2005, when the sun starts to return from the most northerly point, the tropic of the cancer, down south to bring summer to the tropic of the capricorn, which starts 21 of December on the southern hemisphere. |

Hell Thomas, this is a great photo of the Summer equinox... I am posting these days photos of the winter solstice :)
This is a very nice landscape with a great proportion of sky (2/3). The colours are nice and well saturated, good sharpness, good control of light.
Very well done and seen. Take care, Yan
This is a very beautiful phoptograph, Thomas! you capture the mood soooo well here, with the last rays from the setting sun playing with the village and the hills back left... The darker fron part really stand out against the still quite bright background, and the single tree is the spice... Well done indeed, congrats!
Regards,
Pablo -
