I like the backlight you've used here Paras - gives a bit of depth to the shot. Nice colour contrasts between the blue and yellow too.

I think the point of focus would be better if it was a little closer - ie the flower in the Fg which is the main focal point is a little out of focus.

Hallo Paras, bei diesem trübseligen Wetter ist dieses Bild für mich ein kleines Highlight für meine Augen.
Farbenfroh, kontrastreich und etwas wehmütig, da der Sommer vorbei ist. Ein sehr gutes Bild, wobei mir die Perspektive sehr gut gefällt.

Fantastic POV which shows the looming petals backlit by the sun against the blue, so that they glow with bright color. Sharp details reveal the fine details and textures of the petals. Excellent image.

Hello Paras,

The backlighting of the petals gives them a beautiful lucid quality. I love the tonal changes between the light and shaded areas.
The upward pov is unusual with flowers and works well, not just for its novelty factor.
Fine saturation.

Hi Paras, this is beautiful. I love the vivid yellow against the clear blue cloudless sky. Very interesting perspective to shoot from underneath. The only thing I might have done, is clone out the stem in the top left corner .. it seems to be a little distracting to me.
I'm familiar with this flower .. it's one of my favorites.
