Amazing shot, Raphael. Great use of the interplay of lights and shadows as well as of the contrast from red to black. Use of negative space to the top runs well in my eyes to the flat bass' body. Well balanced composition. Thanks for sharing this on with us.

Great detail. Lighting is used very well. The color of the wood on the bass and the black/red(maroon)work very well together in this light. Good job Raphael.
I also like the workshop composition with more emphasis on the bass.

This looks awfully familiar... (the bass itself)

Nice shot but I'm missing out on the head of the bass here. It's burried in the pillow... TFS, Francois
