The colors are excelent.
I do have these flowers in my yard however they don't look that good in reality.

Hallo Thomas,
ich liebe diese Violetttöne. Sie sind sehr schön.
Und ich mag den dunklen Bildaufbau, der nur die kleine Blüte richtig im Licht aufleuchten lässt.
Die feinen Fädchen im Inneren der Blüte sind sehr gut zu erkennen, auch auf dem nach rechts weisenden Blatt lassen sich noch Details ausmachen, die das Bild interessant machen.
Die Positionierung der Blüte ist perfekt, ebenso der Rahmen.
Aber.... (wie hätte es anders sein können, irgendwas ist doch immer, oder?) Ich bin mit den gelben Staubgefäßen nicht glücklich. Sie erscheinen auf meinem Monitor etwas unscharf, was ich bei dieser Komposition nicht als günstig ansehe, da ihre Farbe nun mal sehr auffällig ist und das Auge unweigerlich anzieht. Zusätzlich empfinde ich sie als zu hell. Ich finde es gut, dass das Licht sich gerade an der Stelle im Bild fängt, aber es ist mir etwas zu viel, gerade auch in Kombination mit der Unschärfe.
Hin- und Hergerissen bin ich bei der Bepunktung, hätte gerne etwas zwischen Mittel- und Dunkelgrün. Da es das aber nicht gibt und ich mich festlegen muss, entscheide ich mich, da ich auch nicht sicher bin, ob sich das technisch anders hätte lösen lassen, für den dunkelgrünen Kopf.

Gutten Aben Thomas,

I like your pictue very much for one reason. This type of plant I have it and never I ever thought of shooting it just because I find its flowers quite uninteresting! Yet you managed successfully to create quite a striking image.
