[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
600 years ago, this is the treatment metted out to law-breakers. The idea was to embarrass the offenders so all the community could see who had been mis-behaving in some way or other.
Maybe it should be re-tried to let us know who the grafetti vandals are before they clean up their own mess on public property.
PS These two are both law-abiding citizens.
