White Rhododendron
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This shot was taken on an evening walk around a lake in Bremervörde, northern Germany.
A garden only for rhododendrons of nearly every shade can be found at this lake.
This garden is shaded by large trees. The sun was setting when I was there so there was not too much light between the trees. Only some beams of sunlight came through the branches and twigs. That can be seen on this flower. Only some parts are lit by the sun. That is the reason for the main parts of the flower appearing light purple although it is normally bright white when fully lit.
PP: cropped, adjusted sharpness, added frames
Thanks for having a look. Regards, Britta |

Hallo Britta,
Thanks for sharing - Thomas
Hello Britta,
This shot makes me think of two things:
The first: a wedding dress, the second, with a horn of elephants.
Odd but I like the things which leave ordinary.
Then I tell you cheer for this excellent mixture.
Cheers
Daisy
