[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
We are desperately waiting for spring...
These are the first forerunners I've seen.

I tried to take some pictures of spring flowers as the little bumblebee passed by. It "dived" into the flower and presented its white part to my camera. How to resist that?!?

PP: sharpened and added frames.

Na ja - Britta,
ist wirklich schwer die Biester zum lächeln zu bringen und bei mir hat es auch noch nie geklappt.
So gesehen ist die Rückseite wirklich der bessere Teil - die lacht immer ;-). Der Rahmen passt gut.
Durch das eher magere Licht kommen die Details der Flügel und des Pelzes sehr gut zur Geltung und die dezenten Farben der Blüte erschlagen die kleine Hummel auch nicht so, wie bei hellem Sonnenschein.
Wie du siehst, kann man jedem Wetter etwas positives abgewinnen.

It's not easy to capture a shot like this - I know, I've tried many times!

Beautifully sharp on the thorax of the bee, and the surrounding flowers. I like the subtle light and levels, and the beautifully managed DOF.
