I like the bird! The frame i'm not sure of it's effect. I find it original but perhaps too strong for that delicate tones of the bird He seem catch into the frame. In another way, that fact bring another interest! The feather seems so fluffy here!

Interesting crop. I like the focus on the pelican's eye. The background is a bit noisy, seems to be the result of resharping. The frame - interesting but too elaborate for my taste as it steals attention from the bird a bit.
