On a walk around a lake at Bremervörde, northern Germany, I came across a little place where some roses grew. This one caught my eye as it seemed to glow in the last light of the day.
PP: cropped, adjusted sharpness and brightness / contrast a bit, resized.

Exceptionally well taken macro capture of the lovely pink rose with wonderful clarity and great details! The colors are perfectly natural and especially, I like the last hours of light of the day.
The POV and DOF are very well chosen. The green leaves as BG, give great contrast to the subject. Wonderful composition!
