The sky is over exposed and there really isn't enough colour or detail in the foreground to engage the viewer. I like the idea of the silhouette of the cyclist but the lighting conditions haven't created a picture with much impact. And lastly, the lack of a photographers note also does nothing to help the viewer understand the thought process behind the picture :-(
