[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The Burning Sky continued when the sun rose a little higher
from behind the buildings and rested on top of the
towers of St. Heribert in Cologne-Deutz seen from the
Hohenzollern Bridge.


The church was built from 1891-1896 under the
supervision of the architect Caspar Clemens Pickel from
Düsseldorf.
After it was heavily destroyed during WWII it had to be
rebuilt 1949-1951.
