| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This is a silhouette of a swallowtail butterfly. I took it at a sanctuary for butterflies in northern Germany some month ago.
The butterfly was sitting on a leave around 1.5m above my head.
In the background you can see the roof of the hall the butterflies live in. It is shielded with nets to keep the butterflies inside and birds outside. And it is the reason why this shot looks a little grainy.
During PP I sharpened the image, desaturated the background 50% (before it was of a colour like light mud), added a border, packed it into jpg, resized and sharpened again.

I like your composition and theme. Its beutiful, but I believe it is a little dark. I added a bit of ligth, constrast and color. I hope you like it. Saludos desde Mexico.

Beautiful photo, a Chinese shade, perfect against day.
Beautiful result for this unit, and touches it red color of the flower is very an good idea.
