[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this on Friday from the 6th floor of the hospital where I work. The hospital is outside of a little city - Kamp-Lintfort. The rate of unemployment in this area is extremly high after most of the mining companies closed over the last years.

Nicely composed picture and a very nice treatment to make for a picture that looks like a painting. The frost on the trees is very well captured and the noise you added adds to the effect of the frost. Well don!
