One of the attractions in the cruise ship docking area along the Rhine at Cologne is a Chocolate Museum, the Imhoff-Stollwerck Museum, which includes a working chocolate factory, completely surrounded by plexiglass. Tourists can walk through the factory, watching the process of making chocolate bars for sale in the associated shop. This worker was adding chocolate and other ingredient to a vat in which they would be heated and melted. The process was fascinating to watch from beginning to end.
Okay Kit, does this answer the chocolate challenge? I have more, if it doesn't.

This is right out of the company's brochure BUT where's the bloody chocolate?
Environmentally squeaky-clean and a nicely-done journalistic presentation, with a good POV, human interest and diagonals to excite - could well be from the official guide-book. Now give us an artistic chocolate rendition - with chocolate in it somewhere?
Well spotted! Good angle Compliment Lois.

It is great how the woman is used to be watched while working, and is not paying attention at tourists. Good POV!
