[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This ornate building is the Friedrich Building of Heidelberg Castle. It was built by Friedrich IV around 1600. The architect was Johannes Schoch of Konigsbach and the rich sculpted decorations are the work of Sebastian Gotz of Chur.

Besides RAW conversion, I corrected a bit the perspective in GIMP

The logical posting from yesterday's shot from the castle. It is a shame that so many of these old building are scaffled but the maintenance is needed. Like your photographer in the FG.

a wonderful old stone castle.
in this shot, the brown of building, fore green and back blue/white of the sky are well composed and make beautiful color contrast.
