Hello Friends.
The Backside of our "first Choice", the villa in the residential area of the city of Sögel, NW Germany.
Soon, our house is sold, and this one is still for sale, we will decide to buy this one.
Otherwise, we like to build this on the landplot I have in option.
Have a nice day. It starts raining here, lots of small jobs to do, see you later (inbetween the jobs, haha)

WOW! Nice place! Unique architecture! When will you move in? I guess I missed the front shot, I'll check it out later. TFS

Hoi Jan,
beautiful choice indeed as i told you yesterday,
Meri seems really happy with this house;)
send my regards to Meri also,
take care my dear fiend,
groetjes,
Taner

It's a lovely house Jan. I am almost certain Meri and you will enjoy it. Very attractive and ornate roof. I can only dream of planting shrubs, trees, and perennials in the garden. (We are having a housing and mortgage crisis in the U.S. as a result of regulation oversight and greedy corporation. I digress.) You have a good day. Danilo

Hoi Jan,

Groet,
Adri

Ok Jan, buy it!

Personally, we love the left part( Where Meri is ) where we can stay when we will be a guests for you.
If it is not a toilet, of course ! Hahahahahahaha....

P.S. We can take a red paint and...Photoshop for the roof modification, Dear friend!

The Best Wishes for Meri from me and Mary :) :)

Hi Jan,

TFS

Hello Jan and Meri. So you will have another house in Germany. Lucky you and this is a nice lot. I just hope the neighbor are nice people. TFS and best regards. Jusni
