A piece of Africa in the heart of Europe, in Germany.
ZinnsFigurmuseum Kulmbach.
A must see for everybody enjoying curiosities and history. The " Zinn " is a soft white metal , Stanium Sn used among other to soldering wires, metal sheets...
In Germany it also has a different use : to create small figures, mostly bi dimensional.
When those figures are assembled together... here is the result.
This is only a small piece of this lovely museum. Have been there twice, and I would definitely go again.
The Plassenburg Citadel where the museum is harbored offers some other museums and a great view over the city of Kulmbach, which has also the reown of being Bierstadt (Beer City)
Do I have to mention why ?
Vielen Dank Kulmbach ! Bis Bald ! |
