I applied the same PP as here, but the main goal was to blur the b/g buildings and bring all attention to the boats.

Wow, well this one is far better than all the other ones.
This is perfect.
And the place for such effect, water/river, behind tall architecture, tiny boats in the front.

I love it!!!
Unfortunately I don't have such nice places here to photograph.
