[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi, it's been a long time since I last posted but I had a lot to do in the meantime...
this is the new skyline of Bremerhaven, the port of Bremen, Germany. I took this picture on a dull morning from a ferry crossing the river Weser.
i added the original in a workshop in order to show you what I did with it as I don't exactly know all the english words.
But what I did was that I first cloned out some water dots that I got from the water, then changed into black and white and enhanced the contrast. Then I used a certain (dither??)filter in order to get this "negative" effect.

Please let my know your opinion and I'm always happy to get any kind of advice.
