[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a portrait of my beloved brother Martin who passed away on September 30th 2009 at the age of 39. He left a nine year old boy and a yet unborn child behind.
Although physicians couldn't find anything wrong concerning his heart throughout the last 3 years and started to assume he was a hypochondriac, he then suffered such a severe heart attack that he died.

Please do not write me any critique about the quality of the image nor give me any points on this one.
I just wanted to show his face.

I'm so sorry for your loss Heike. It's sad when things like this happen. It's important to listen to your body and speak, even IF people call you a hypochondriac. Maybe he could have been saved if doctors had listened more carefully. I'm so sad for you. Thanks for posting this. Who knows? You may have saved a life by doing so. Someone may be motivated to try again and find solutions!
