[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi, this is jstu a trial on some of my filters... :)

Before I used a filter adding bubbles and then used a kaleidoscope effect, this actually was a rather boring picture of a flag in the sky.

I kind of like the outcome after going mad on the buttons... lol
