[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This photo was taken at sunset on our first day in Nuremburg. I liked this image because it evokes the twilight years in the lives of the couple with the warm light and their walking away from the camera.

I considered cropping out the windows but I liked the light on the wall. Don't beat me up too badly over not having the whole lantern in the shot, I could not use the preview screen as my battery recharger wasn't working so I had to conserve batteries!

Hello Alli,
What a nice surprise to find you here.
I like the shadow of the lamp on the wall. I think you should have rotated the image about 2.5 degs CW to straighten the building. The light on the wall is good. The leopard print saddle is a funny touch.
Thanks for posting, have a good weekend Alli.

Hi Alli,
Nice catch ...two people in the twilight of their lives ... The light and colours are quite good too. I did a small workshop I hope you do not mind.

Actually the first thing that attract me in this photo is the shadow of the lantern, I didn't even reliese that it was cut off till I read your notes.:)

Great lighting, I like your subject, an elderly couple walking home with their bike. Very well captured and nicely composed. Thanks for sharing my friend, and have a great weekend. :)

Great shot Alli. I do like how you captured the older couple walking down the street with their bicycles. I think the lighting is cool, I have to say the first thing that caught my eye was the shadow of the lamp on the wall. It shows the I think you could've cropped out the corner of the wall right and not lost a whole lot in the shot. Nice shot though, very cool.

Beautiful picture, the lukewarm light of the
sun gave a great effect, I adored the shadow
of the flashlight in the brown part where the sun if
hide. There is no problem in having cut
the part from the flashlight, because his form
she is whole in the wall.
Congratulations Alli

Okay, so you missed a part of the lantern, sometimes things like that happen. I love the two subjects with their bikes, and the shadow from the lamp is really nice. Lovely warm lighting conditions.
