Yesterday I made some pictures with the camera flat-placed on the floor/ground, just because I was not allowed to use a tripod.
The results are still good; even special, I think.
I am looking for a suitable Theme-name for the series; perhaps somebody can help?
---
I read already here:
"how low can you go"
"frog positions"
"looking up"
"Bottoms Up"
"Limbo Dancer"
End of contest .....
I decided the themetitle: How low can you go
Thanks Janice!

"How Low Can You Go?"
You've gotta follow the rules Huub, and it looks like it was for the best for you this time.
Another very interesting capture here, the rising floor leading up to the ceiling of glass is great, and the women could be annoying, but here they look just right. Well done.

Hello Huub,
A great composition and most amazing colours! I love the lines and the way you use them... Good details, textures and reflections... One good image indeed!
Regards,
Pablo -

Excellent shot.
How about calling the series "Looking Up"?
Steve

The position you found is called the frog position in photography. And gives the human a complete new view of his environment. Again a strong indoor photo. Is it winter in your country ;-) ? to day we are neighbours Huub

Very well seen and executed. A graphical POV! Reflections of roof, door, women on the floor are great. Beside all of these achived framing is wonderful.

Hallo Huub.

Prachtig stukje museumfotografie !

Nice one Huub, geometric shapes and colours along with the sharpness, POV and composition all point to a great image, with your unique style. I picked this out without even looking.
Very nicely done, Sam
Suggested Name: Bottoms Up

Hi Huub,
I like the perspective in this photo...well seen :)
I made a ws where I cropped the left side
Hope you don't mind

Hi Huub,

Even the simple frame fiits perfect.
For me a favourite!

Hello Huub,
The result is excellent with this POV the perspective is excellent in this hallway. Great colors and sharpness. Well done
Luc

Great!! I like HOW LOW CAN YOU GO?
great angle , you have a really unique eye I must say I sincerely congratulate you. Hope to get that good one of these days. super color and composition and the women there doesn't bother either. great job. what more can I say. Don't blush!!!

Very nice perspective shot and point of view.

LIMBO DANCER POV.
Nicely arranged. Nicely crisp/sharp. Full of interesting detail, even some human interest.
You pulled it off, Huub.

Hi Huub,
An excellent picture with superb color and perspective. The low position POV allows us see more on the glass roof which is the highlight of the whole picture. The two ladies on the other end added more human element to this man-made construction. The only thing I'd like to discuss here is the floor on the bottom part of the picture, which seems too much and distractive from the highlights.
Antony

another wonderful, clean, crisp and interesting image, Huub. I love the angle, it emphasizes everything, the height, perspective... to have the figure there gives a great sense od the space, thanx, (*_*)

You are indeed a master at this type of picture, Huub. I am always amazed at what you can find to present to us. You should get hired by the museum so they could put your pictures in their brochures!!! Another one with great perspective and the lady adds the human touch and the dimension of the place. I know some people have suggested a crop on the left and I don't know for sure if I agree because the wall of the left gives another dimension and perspective to your picture and I think it is more in your style. The ws is good but I think it may not be you. Well done!

P.S. I am not really good with title so cannot come with a theme name. Looking up could be good but I think it does not mean that you are sitting on the floor with your camera. I often look up standing on my two feet.

Yes, you definitely have a style of your own for that type of photo. Nice! I'd say that here, the 2 ladies (or one and a half) are distracting. I don't mind the human factor in general, but here, I think they are just in the way. But, that's me: I'm very anti-social! For the rest, good light balance and great composition!

Zo Huub.. op je buik in't stof, mooi !
(deed ik in Sevilla in Oktober, op mijn rug !! in de Kathedraal om een plafond te kieken maar die komt nog tzt) Weer een fraaie prent hier. Groet, John

Excellent image as always from you, the colours the composition. And here you excelled in the POV as well. Fantastic work Huub. TFS

Knap staaltje Huub...ik doe je niet na ;-) opdit moment want ik heb er last van.
Jos

Hi Huub,
that's an interesting perspective.
I think you were not laying on the ground, are there steps? Anyway the POV is excellent against this interesting blue slab.
Very well done and seen, bye and have a nice sunday

Next time I will read the note first, than I don't have to ask were you put the camera :-)

Hi Huub, Ideal angle in frame! Love the composition!! Great shot!

Wong

I like the depth created here. You and John should get together for a photo session. You might make some money as street artists. One on his back and one on his stomach.

I'm wandering in these museums with your shots :) You are so good at it Huub. This is so cleverly captured again. Your low angle gives impressive looking to roof. And woman with red jacket not only give idea about dimensoins but also ads a color taste among in grey-blue tones in corridor. Like the ws of Fred as well but i would have cropped it without including the doors, but leaving the walls 2 sides. Its for personal taste, yours is already has great lines in composition.
Best wishes..:)

The strong lines and angles in this one caught my eye, and the colours work well - the warmth of the brown walls, with the cold blue in between, emphasised by the reflections. Nice product!

Nice and original picture, Huub. Very nice and original pov and good sharp details. Nice job you've did here.

Next time points. I'm out of smilies.

Best regards,

Don
