Great B&W!

I know what you mean about the sun. Harsh light! I lived in Cyprus and the United Arab Emirates. Harsh light!
Pranab suggests sharpening and I see that. I'm also looking at the right side, which seems 'busy', and thinking of a crop but I'm not sure that what remains would be strong enough. Maybe I'll try- just for the interest. If something comes good, I'll send it. May be a mess!

Hi Vlad,

Very special compo for a these greek houses. Nice b&w work. Oh, yes, that sun!

tfs,

ferran

Hi Vlad,

Very interesting idea to see a greek-island photo in B&W.
I like it, yet I'd like to see it in its coloured version (that the white will contrast with the blue sky). Either way, it's very nice with nice exposure in the whites.
Well done!
Constantinos

simple yet beautiful. a very peaceful scene Vlad. thanks for dropping by my gallery

Surprisingly interesting photo, definately not what we're used to, regarding "Greek Islands". Despite the overflowing amount of white in this composition, the photo does not tire, nor bore. It works well, good job :)

I like this white... and the compo is good... and the choice of the b&w.
Well done

So many shades of white in one shot. Brilliant, Well spotted. Thanks for sharing!!!!

great in b/w it is very hard to do photos only in whites, great shot.
Christine.

Beautful composition Vlad. Great tones...
Tomasz

Hi Vlad,
You are a brave photographer to upload such a 'boring' object as a Greece white church. Now serious: great shot and a very nice composition in B&W. Very well done and TFS!
