[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The old town of Chalkis has not only old houses who they are abandoned but wonderful old house who their owners was spend much money to reconstruct them!

One of them is this one, I present in my photo. The house seems to look find and new. My opinion is that those houses worth the money for their reconstruction and maintenance. In that way you save a big part of our architecture and social legacy and you give to your city and more human and beautiful face. Don't you agree?

Μπάμπη, sometimes your these is right and sometimes it's wrong... very old neglected buildings can best be demolished so a new one can be built from scratch. Most of the time renovating a building costs more than actually building a new one... I like this fine detail, these wooden window shutters have a nice texture and a beautiful hue. I notice some jaggies in the window frame, though... maybe you downsized too hastily ? TFS.

I like the grain of the wood highlighted by the lighting.

Mpapmi~ You captured the colors and wood tones beautifully! I agree, it's wonderful when older buildings are restored. That preserves our heritage and contributes to the continuation of culture!

Πολλή καλή λεπτομέρεια, εξαιρετικός φωτισμός!

Intense colors. Good. Nice compo with that slight diagonal. And the shadow at the bottom. EXCELLENT work Mpampis.

Εξαιρετική φωτογραφία, με καλή γωνία λήψης και ωραία χρώματα απλή και όμορφη.
