Hi TL friends, this is a new posting from my recent visit in Chania. Other pictures from Chania recent posting in TL and TE

From the original Venician light–house which dominated the entrance of the harbour, only the base survives today, built with the same sandstone as the Walls. The present light-house, rebuilt during the Egyptian occupation (1821-1841), is different from the original and is rather reminiscent of a minaret, as regards its shape and the inside stone staircase leading to the balcony and the glass tower. source

Πολυ ομορφη φωτογραφια!!! Σαν καρτ ποσταλ! Υπεροχα γραφικος ο φαρος στα Χανια και το εφε που χρησιμοποιησες εδω του ταιριαζει πολυ! Μου αρεσει η ζωντανοτητα των λεπτομερειων και η φωτεινοτητα! Μπραβο!!!!

Cute little lighthouse . Simple and efficient composition. I might suggest you to use your filter ( texturaizer ) to your photo only. Add the frame or border after for a better effect.
Just a thought. (^_^)

I like the effect the texturiser has given this photo. The composition is good, with nice shades of colour, but I think the texture added really makes this photo more interesting.

Hi Ioannis!
I like the final effect. Nice looking lighthouse indeed, from an interesting point of view. I only feel it needs rotating right a bit.
