what is your intention with this shot
the girl is almost invisible

Personally, I like the silhouetted figure here. And the placement of the sun and the sun's reflection on the thirds is a good start for a good composition. I think it might have been an even stronger composition with a vertical format instead of a horizontal one.
Marios, if you still have the original full sized image, could you try to crop it vertically and repost it?
I will try a workshop to give you a general idea, but the quality will not be good because I'm working from a reduced file size.
