This worker of the restaurationteam of the village of Anavatos is having a well-deserved break in the shade.
Anavatos is a small village on top of a mountain. The houses are made of the same kind of stone as the mountain, from a distance you wouldn't notice it. In this natural fortress people hoped to be save for enemies like the Turks.

Hij mocht een ietsiepietsie scherper zijn, Henri. Maar het is wel een leuke scène. Goed qua licht, al is er een hoog contrastverschil tussen de lichte en de donkere stukjes. Ik was daar in '97 en vond Anavatos heel aangrijpend... vooral het ravijn waar de kinderen en vrouwen zich instortten, toen het stadje werd veroverd...
Ik probeer wat aan de scherpte en het contrast te doen in een ws.
