Not a bad effort, although a closer shot would've been better.
When you have a cluttered scene, like this one, you have two options, the way I see it:
a) Either you forget about the subject (the woman) and you make the whole...pandemonium the subject
b) You forget about the pandemonium (most of it, anyway) and you go close, to isolate the subject.
The third option, which I think is the best, involves using an extra-wide angle lens and change the perspective
