Impressive view of the Citadel located on the top of the Monemvasia rock. It gives the feeling of a structure hanging from the sky.

Good to see you again, Vassilis, and very intersting composition looking up at the sky with the Citadel hanging on the cliff. Maybe a tad oversharpen for my taste but it is part of your style. Interesting that there are very few colours in this picture - beige on gray with a gray sky. Well done!

Hi Vas,
Nice to see you back. I hope you are better now. Very dramatic picture here, I suppose this is one of thise crusader castles that dot the Meditaranian region. Well done.
Sunil

Hi Vassilis,
I like the strong diagonal composition!
The rugged texture makes a good impact, it is like the citadel has grown out of the rock...
Greetings,
Pablo -

Hi Vassilis,
I am happy to see you again. This photo releases a great energy with the fortress which springs towards the sky. Excellent monochrom with interesting textures and a dramatic sky.

Welcome back Vassilis! I do so enjoy your photos of the mountains. Excellent POV, good colour and fine textures. TFS,
David

Hi Vassilis,
Welcome back with a new splendid picture. The grey tones are beautiful excellent POV. Very well done my friend!
Hans

I missed your beautiful photo's from Greece.
Nice to see you back. This is impressive. The sky adds that dramatic effect that fits the structure very well. It's so clear- as if I can put my hand out and feel the roughness of the walls. Amazing.

Grey, grey, grey... and some brown & green. The dark sky enhances the sense of threat that the citadel invokes. TFS, Βασίλη, and I'm glad that you feel well enough to be on TL again ;o).
Take care

Frank
