Hi all, this is my first "new" photo here. It is a flower shot in my garden. This was shot after a short rain and at the time I shot several shots testing my new (at the time) Sigma 70-300 Macro Super II. It was a 6 Mpixel shot with my old and now sold Canon EOS 300D, so I lost several details when cropping as I wanted.
The original version is here.

Process followed:
1. Cropping and BW conversion
2. Selective saturation
3. Selective sharpening
4. Framing, resizing, compressing to 300kb for TN and entitling.

I hope you like it.
Nikos

hello, welcome to TN,
lack of contrast, . i'd like a darker version of it. and shallowest dof. you could do that at 300mm some steps behind and not 70mm.
that way your background would be perfectly blurred and not distracting with the foreground.

cheers
Stelios

Very interesting photo of f lovely flower. The droplets looks great. Great choice of color.
