Something just doesn't seem right with this shot. It almost looks like the image is spliced together. Some areas seem softer than others, some areas look heavily burned and dodged, the right side of the image doesn't match the left.

The image also lacks subject and is in need of better composure. It needs some work.

I think this is brilliant. The sky is stunning and dramatic and a bit spooky. The composition is perfect. The light on the trees on the right is in great contrast with the darkness at the back. A storybook picture. I would never have thought of a brown frame with this image but it blends and frames it excellently. Hope you have an excellent Christmas break.

I have to agree a little with samurai. The photo does seem to look spliced together. The trees on the right look like they are receiving heavy snow (white streaks indicative of snow taken at slow exposure and a horizontal movement of the camera) where as the portion on the left does not. Did you do any PP work in Photoshop? Perhaps my eyes are playing tricks on me.
The scene itself looks very lovely and you indeed fortunate to have experienced sucah a nice place.

The light really looks weird here, Βασίλε... but that is what makes the shot special. Did you use the clarify filter here, or is it the original ?
Anyway, I like it - a very a-typical shot for Greece.

Πραγματικά παράξενη φωτογραφία. Παράξενα χρώματα κι ατμόσφαιρα. Ωστόσο μου αρέσει γιατί μπορείς να νιώσεις το κρύο.

Αλλά θα σε μαλώσω. Το Περτούλι (ή Τύρνα όπως το λεν οι ντόπιοι) ανήκει στα Τρίκαλα κι όχι στην Καρδίτσα! :)

That photo give to your Gallery a touch of fresh! Habitually we see much the sun buildings who let guess again the sun :)

What a lovely scene you are showing here, just like an authentic Christmas card. The sky and light are amazing. We have very similar scenes here sometimes were it looks like it going to thunder even though the sun is peering through the clouds at the same time.
