Ghosts. For sure. Those dry branches and dark dramatic clouds - perfect for ghosts. And then obviously the rocks and the building high up will add to the suspense. This is just wonderful for my over active imagination.

WOW..!!!

This really looks like something out of a horror movie, prehaps Frankenstine. I can almost hear Victor screaming ..."it's alive!!!..." Excellent POV & PP work!

My good friend what a beauty!
I like the stong clouds but it adds a mood as if we see the Castle of Count Dracula.. who can ride out on his horse any minute to capture a few innocent fair maidens for his never ending lust in fresh blood.

Your new post processing technique is very expressive, my friend!
But as always you need a good image for the start...
I like the framing here, and your point of view gives a dynamic composition!
Considering the location I will think the constructors also expected some dark times to come...

Hi Vassilis,
This is an other superb view of Meteora, It looks very impressive and mystic with these dark clouds in the sky. The addition of the branches infront increase that mood and It really feel like in a thriller.

Spooky, simple composition Vassilis. The threatening sky is something I have not seen in any of the Greek shots on TL. Wonderful POV with the monestary semi hidden behind the branches. TFS,

Πολύ επιβλητικός ουρανός , απόλυτα αναρμονισμένος με την σοβαρότητα του μοναστηριού. Η σύνθεση επίσης εξαιρετική με σωστό βάθος πεδίου το οποίο με τη σειρά αναδεικνύει τον τεραστιο όγκο των βράχων και την μοναδικότητα των μοναστηριών να στηρίχονται πάνω σ'αυτά.
