This is #19 of my Meteora series, I believe that the view is worth the shot!
Meteora is from the biggest and most important group of monasteries in Greece after those in Mount Athos. We can locate the first traces of their history from 11th c. when the first hermits settled there. The rock monasteries have been characterized by Unesco as a unique phenomenon of cultural heritage and they form one of the most important stations of cultural map of Greece.

Very impressive, Vassilis, what a wonderful landscape. The place is remembering me a little to Kappadocia/Turkey, a fantastic place. Thanks for sharing this beauty, bye

a most impressive image, Vassilis, good light and love the textures, a lot of depth, thanx, M, (*_*)

"I believe that the view is worth the shot!".

LOL. This must be the understatement of the year, Βασίλε ;o). Splendid PoV, the "layers" of mountains looks very attractive. And hey, is that snow on the top ;o) ?
TFS.

Impressive view!
I enjoy the little spot of grass who grow very alone in the rock!

Fascinating rocks. I like the light and the different colours on the righthand side. Great contrast with the mountain in the background.

Hi Vassilis,

This is an interesting composition from Meteora. The POV gives it a grand scale i.e. a large sense of scale! The rock textures are well caught but the snow capped mountain in the background is the strong point (for me)!

Well done
Constantinos

Hello Vassilis,
It is interesting how you use mountains to fram another mountain!
It gives a superb feeling of depth, and colours and details are top class...
Pleasant composition, good point of view!
Greetings,
