it looks like a distorted profile of a human figure to me...
i was in a cave when took the photo.
scaned color negative film, turned to B/W and adjusted levels.
The Paranoiac-critical method is a surrealist technique developed by Salvador Dalí. He employed it in the production of paintings and other artworks, especially those that involved optical illusions and other multiple images.

You are right it does look like a head attached to a very distorted neck.
I like the light coming through and hitting the rock while from the inside the view is great.
The B&W makes this dual presentation very unusual but really good .

Yes it is really amazing; I see a woman's figure and it remember me some pictures of optical illusions.You had the eye to catch it and it is a very impressive shot increased with the choice of B&W.
