An experimental shot testing my brand new AF Nikkor 70-300mm zoom lens.
I took this shot from my house's balcony and my neighbor's Vaggelis bicycle get my attention.
I know that the bicycle is somewhat centered but I like the framing.
Focal lenght : 300mm. |

Hi Mpampis.
Well spotted an interesting composition.
I like this unusual POV with small shadow.
IMO, it will be even better if you would crop about half from the left.

Great work with your new lens! I find the shot very nice and even though, as you mention it doesn't follow the 3's rule it is fine. I am sure we will see many more nice shots with your new lens!

Πολύ ενδιαφέρουσα ματιά.
Θα την προτιμούσα όμως από αριστερά πιο πολύ κομμένη και λίγο περισσότερη εικόνα από δεξιά.

I like the bue and white. Very simple colours but they go hand in hand. On the one hand I think the rule of thirds may have worked here, but on the other hand it would mean we loose some of the white wall, loosing the simplicity of the shot.
